The good part is meeting friendly customers. Staying there for a full two months is really demanding. In my case management is always blaming you for something and showing clear favouritism among employees, I like 2 of my colleagues out of a dozen and you are given a lot of responsibilities as a cashier without the pay that goes with it.

This company set us up to fail from the beginning and then ask us why. Every regionals and corporate are too involved and micromanages every aspect of the store but are unable to find more staffs or to simplify the the structure to help us maintain a balanced store. Being a visual at Zara is like being a higher paid sales associate or stock associate.
