Such a bummer, since their factory sales are so popular — hope they work those issues out soon, because folks love a good Coach Sale!! I was a regular customer of the Coachfactory. I was told I had been removed from their invitation list because they have a 10 item limit. They were rude and said they would not discuss it further with me.
The only thing I could think of was that I was buying Christmas gifts during their sales and although I never purchased 10 items during a sale… I think they assumed I was buying things to resell. I just wanted to put a warning out to be careful how much is purchased each time or else they will cut you off without any real explanation.
