Aldershot members do not need to do anything with their membership, we await government confirmation of when the centre can re-open and will communicate with you directly once this is confirmed. Farnborough Leisure Centre will remain closed until the new centre is built. I pay by Direct Debit for a fitness or swimming membership at Farnborough Leisure Centre, what will happen? If you pay by Direct Debit, all membership payments were frozen free of charge following the government announcements to close centres and the value of any days that we owed you will be refunded to you with 14 working days. Your membership will be cancelled, unless you have a swimming membership. If you are a Farnborough Premium member or Swim only member, giving you access to Aldershot Pools and Fitness Centre as well as Farnborough Leisure Centre, your membership will be cancelled.
If you wish to continue using Aldershot Pools and Fitness Centre, you will need join Aldershot directly. If you would like to register your interest in Aldershot, or any of our other local centres, just fill in this form and we will be in touch. I pay annually up front for a fitness or swimming membership at Farnborough Leisure Centre, what will happen?
If you paid an up-front payment for an annual membership all membership payments were frozen free of charge following the government announcements to close centres, the value of any days that we owed you will be refunded to you by the end of February We do not hold bank details for these memberships so our team will be in touch to arrange a refund.
We advise customers to cancel their direct debit. If you have an annual swimming membership and your primary centre is Farnborough, you can either cancel your membership or continue using Aldershot Pools. If you are keen to stay active you can join one of our local centres. These are listed in order of distance from Farnborough Leisure Centre.
All will re-open once government restrictions are lifted, except for our new leisure centre, Places Leisure Camberley replacing the old Arena Leisure Centre - we are putting the finishing touches to this new centre which is scheduled to open in summer You can check out the facilities on the links below, and if you would like to be informed of re-opening offers, please register your interest here. You can continue to access the Places Locker app as well as the Virtual Studio as either a Places Member or by upgrading to the Essential Virtual Studio membership Plus, we have a great offer for you to enjoy whilst we remain in a national lockdown.
