I can be reached at Respectfully, Judith. I am posting here because I am not getting any help elsewhere. I reached out to a person in HR Benefits in an effort to find the right person and was dismissed regarding the pay issue. On February 9th I was I was called into the office by Mr. Antonio Avena the General Manager. At this time Mr. Avena and Mr.
Emiliano Garza, Assistant Manager told me they had to terminate another individual named Jimmy who served in two roles as dishwasher during the first half of the day and then grill cook form 5 pm to close.
They informed me that they were going to need me to take over the grill position effective immediately as Jimmy and had the same schedule Friday through Tuesday as I did. I would be relieving the day shift grill cook David Hernandez who also worked Friday through Tuesday. I said okay I can do whatever you need me to do. Garza, Assistant Manager stated and Mr. It was not processed. Avena about the increase in pay and again, was told that it would be taken care of, It was not. Avena processed the request for the LOA without pay.
If you look at my pay periods I always was working quite a bit of overtime, I was happy to be able to help the restaurant in any area they needed me to.
I would step in and if they needed me in a different area and I saw this, I would volunteer in whatever area they needed covered. I wanted to learn everything to be the best asset to the management I could be. It was not only taking a tole on m y physical well-being, I also felt as though they were taking advantage of me and then when they did not process the pay increase that made things worse. The lady at cooperate office is very very rude.
So rude from the message she left a n my voice mail I done brought front to kjac news and our daily news paper. So many people done said they will no longer be supporting any lubys because they coopriate is not ran like a business from her voice mail very ghetto. She needs to be removed her name is Diane wright.
I will continue to post. At approximately pm on Jan 6, , I entered the To Go area to place an order. There were two young ladies working, both appeared to be working the drive through.
I waited a few minutes will they continued to work the drive thru orders. The two of them began to laugh and socialize with a particular customer in the drive thru. After that customer left, they still did not acknowledge me. Finally, I asked if I had to go through the drive thru to place an order. One finally took my order, fried fish, mashed potatoes, black eye peas and a roll. The roll was sitting on top of the fish. Do you no longer use the little bags? The black eye peas were in placed in the large container, not in a small container where the juices would not run into the other items.
The quality of service for the location has really gone down. But I tried three times to reach a manager by phone. The first time I was hung up on; second time no answer; the third time I was told that I was being transferred to a manager. The manager never did come on the line. I will make one more trip to this location, but only to express my displeasure with the service to a manager in person.
Other than that I will no longer visit this location. You had another manager by the name of Paul which he no longer works there that had that place a lot more organized. As a matter of fact there were other customers with orders that were not filled correct or did have orders for them which were already paid for.
Customers asking for Mr. Paul as well because he knew what he and his staff were doing. Please retrain your management or bring Mr. Paul back. My family and I will no longer be customers of this Lubys location Thank you. Dolores just made life more difficult by slapping an additional 2.
The Poor Paupers that eat manager deal of a day, are now having to struggle more thanks to a greedy, selfish, stingy worker that has been at the mockingbird dallas,tx luby for only a few weeks.
It appears that the manager of the store on W. Gray St in Houston has cancelled out the three handicap parking places at his restaurant close to the main entrance of his store by Houston City Officials.
