I am on week 3 of p-2 injections. I am doing a 46 day round. Can I use the patch while I am on vacation and return to the injections when I get home. I protein cheated. I still stayed under calories for the day but made me wonder if I stay within the calorie amount is cheating with little with protein on a bad day going to be that bad?

Good luck! I have been on the diet for 2 weeks now. Great results! However, today I felt nauseous and decided to eat some soda crackers. I feel awful now. OKAY, so. I cheated today with 4 days left on HCG : I am currently at lbs and my goal, by the end of this phase is ! I ate an einstein bagel and it did have cream cheese. I did read this page here and will be eating clean with no fruit for the next few days.

Just eat clean. Different people have different reactions to it. I will be entering P3 in a few weeks. This also falls on my birthday. I have every intention of sticking to all the guidlines even on my birthday in regards to the food lists.
However, I will most likely be going out to celebrate my birthday with friends, but will be sticking with healthy food choices all day with lots of water. How can I come back from a night out if I drink?
